Weston & District Community Transport is a not for profit organisation which has proudly supported the community for many years. In 2004 we merged with Dial-a-ride creating the charity that is standing strong today. We are active members of the Community Transport Association operating under section 19/22 permits.

Our main objective is to provide door to door transport for the elderly, disabled and less advantaged residents of W-s-M and surrounding areas at a price that’s affordable to all. Our satisfaction comes from knowing that our passengers have the freedom to enjoy all of the local amenities Weston has to offer, places that without our service they would otherwise be unable to access.

Our friendly, DBS checked, experienced Midas trained staff are on hand to ensure you have a safe and comfortable journey and always happy to assist you.

We have our own in house Midas Assessor who ensures each individual we employ is Midas standard. We are also able to offer Midas training to outside organisations or individuals throughout the year.

W&DCT Updates

Summer is here.

Over the last few months it has been fabulous to see so many regular faces back using our Dial a ride service, what’s also encouraging is the number of new members joining proving just how valuable our services are to so many of you.

In 2022 we planned to continue evolving and working towards providing you with a more varied, sociable approach to accessing shops, with greater scope in providing day trips out and group bookings.
With this in mind we are pleased to announce a new Shuttle Bus service picking up and returning from Oaktree and Hutton Park, dropping into town/shops three days a week. We hope this service will prove popular giving us the ability to expand it in the near future.

So for now from all the team we say a HUGE thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
