Once we have been able to allocate you a place you will be able to keep that day and time as a regular booking.
We do ask that if you need to cancel or you no longer require this place to let us know where possible with 48 hours notice, this enables someone else to use our transport on the times that you can’t. Once booked on our driver will pick you up from your door, drop you to the shops and return at a designated time to take you home.
Whilst we do not accompany you to do your shopping our driver or PA will be more than happy to carry any shopping you have to your door should you need them to.
